Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Goose is operated by Goose Prod sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Goose” mean that company. “You” means the person using the service.

2. What the service does

Goose reads the data export that Instagram provides to you about your own account, and turns it into readable lists: who unfollowed you, who does not follow you back, who follows you without a follow back, pending follow requests, and how those numbers change between uploads.

Goose does not connect to your Instagram account. It has no access to your credentials, performs no actions on your behalf, and cannot follow, unfollow, like, comment or post as you.

3. What the service explicitly does not do

• We never ask for your Instagram password and there is no password field in the product. If anything claiming to be Goose asks you for one, it is not us.
• We cannot show you who viewed your profile or story. Instagram does not share that data with third parties, and no product can honestly provide it.
• We cannot analyse an account you do not own. The service works only from an export you supply for your own account.

4. Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Goose, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for consenting to online services. You are responsible for keeping your Goose account credentials secure and for everything done through your account.

You must own, or be authorised to act for, the Instagram account whose export you upload. Uploading another person's data without their authority is a breach of these terms and we will terminate the account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload data you did not obtain lawfully, or that belongs to someone else's account;
• use Goose to harass, stalk or target any person appearing in your lists;
• resell, redistribute or repackage the service or its output as your own product;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use automated tools to create accounts or extract data from the service in bulk.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. Where we do so for a genuine breach, we are not obliged to refund the remainder of the period.

6. Subscriptions, pricing and billing

Goose is sold as an auto-renewing subscription. Current plans:

The first charge is taken when you subscribe. Each following charge is taken automatically at the start of the next period, at the same price, until you cancel. There is no free trial that converts into a charge, and no introductory price that increases later.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. The charge appears on your statement as GOOSEPROD.COM.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Where we are required to charge VAT or another sales tax, it is included in the price shown at checkout.

If we change the price of a plan, the change will not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to a renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your account settings — or by emailing support@gooseprod.com, and we will do it for you the same working day. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We offer a 14-day refund on any charge, no questions asked. The full detail, including the EU right of withdrawal, is in our refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your data

We process the file you upload in order to build your report, and we delete the original upload within 24 hours. The derived lists remain in your account so you can compare over time, and you can delete everything yourself from settings at any time.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Goose available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give notice and refund the unused portion of any period you have paid for.

Goose depends on the format of Instagram's data export, which Meta controls and may change without warning. If a change breaks the service, we will fix it as quickly as we reasonably can, but we cannot promise a timeframe.

10. No affiliation with Instagram or Meta

Goose is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. As a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights that Polish and EU consumer law gives you, and nothing here takes them away.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Goose is an analysis tool. Decisions you make about your Instagram account based on its output are yours.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Goose after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, you can cancel and we will refund the unused portion of the current period.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts there.

Before going to court, please email us — most problems are faster to fix that way. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
