Questions people ask before paying
Do you need my Instagram password?
No, and we never will. Goose works entirely from the data export Instagram gives you. There's no password field in the product. Any Instagram tool that asks for your login is breaking Meta's platform rules and putting your account at risk of being disabled.
Can Instagram ban me for using this?
Downloading your own data is a feature Instagram provides on purpose, and uploading that file to us happens entirely outside Instagram. Goose never connects to your account, so there's no automated activity for Instagram to flag. Bans generally come from tools that log in as you — which is exactly what we don't do.
How accurate is the unfollower list?
It's exact, because it's arithmetic on your own lists rather than an estimate. The one limit is timing: your first upload sets the baseline, so unfollows are tracked from that point on. If you still have an older export, upload it and you get history immediately.
Can I see who viewed my profile or story?
No. Instagram doesn't share that data with any third party, so no app can honestly tell you. If you see a product promising it, it's guessing. We'd rather lose the sale than fake it.
What exactly will I be charged, and when?
The plan price shown above, charged immediately when you subscribe and then automatically at the start of each new period until you cancel. There's no trial that converts into a bigger charge and no intro price that quietly increases. The charge shows on your statement as GOOSEPROD.COM.
How do I cancel?
One click in settings, any time. Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you can't find it or you'd rather we did it, email support@gooseprod.com and we'll cancel it for you the same day.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If it didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it — no interrogation, no retention script. Details in the refund & cancellation policy.
What happens to my uploaded file?
We extract the followers and following lists, build your report, and delete the original upload within 24 hours. The derived lists stay so you can compare over time, and you can delete everything from settings whenever you like. See the privacy policy.
Does it work for private accounts?
Yes. Because you provide your own export, it makes no difference whether your account is public or private. It also means we can't analyse anyone else's account — only yours.
